Working remotely can be difficult at the best of times. When face-to-face conversations are limited, keeping your team operating from the same playbook can be a challenge. We’ve been working hard over the last few weeks to release new features that help keep you and your team on the same page, no matter where you’re working.

Check them out to see how authorDOCS can help you reduce legal cost, improve contract quality and save you time.

Standardise how your team reviews different contracts.

You can now craft multiple contract reviews and share them with your team for easy reuse. Dispute Settlement
Skillset

This new Skillset focuses on the key dispute resolution concepts found in settlement agreements. It includes concepts such as non-disparagement, admission of liability, and agreement not to sue. Easily configure these concepts to craft checks to evaluate your rights and obligations.

Working together - COVID-19

In light of the global COVID-19 crisis, we have added extra sample clauses to the ClauseBank to help with your new drafting challenges.

The sample clauses are pandemic tagged and include Force Majeure Delays, Disaster Recovery / Business Continuity, and Pandemic Preparedness and Definitions.

These clauses join over 1,500 other sample clauses already available to you in the clausebank.
